Our client is looking for a reports developer to be part of the reporting workstream. Qualified candidates should have 5-6 years’ experience in SQL and PowerBI. OUAV experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert consulting services
Analyze and interpret utility reporting requirements
Develop and execute SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop various reports for customer service, billing and financial business units.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems.
Familiarity with Oracle Customer Cloud Systems Reporting such as OUAV
Familiarity with PowerBI
Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
Demonstrated experience in utility billing and knowledge of industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a client-focused approach.

Engage in the comprehensive development lifecycle
Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to the highest standards of quality.
Follow design specifications and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of reliable and secure applications.
Collaborate closely with our team to guarantee timely completion of reporting requirements.
