Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consulting services
  • Analyze and interpret utility reporting requirements
  • Develop and execute SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop various reports for customer service, billing and financial business units.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Customer Cloud Systems Reporting such as OUAV
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or PowerBI
  • Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
  • Demonstrated experience in utility billing and knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a client-focused approach.
  • Engage in the comprehensive development lifecycle
  • Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to the highest standards of quality.
  • Follow design specifications and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of reliable and secure applications.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to guarantee timely completion of reporting requirements.
