Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle CC&B with hands-on experience implementing solutions at scale.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop scalable and efficient CC&B solutions.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud environments, evaluating trade-offs for implementation.
  • Develop architectural strategies for contact center technologies, billing systems, analytics, and databases within the utilities industry.
  • Support initiatives related to smart metering, demand response, and customer web applications.
  • Work with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Service Bus (OSB) to enhance system integrations and workflows.
  • Analyze, draft, and recommend architectural decisions focused on performance, compatibility, cost efficiency, and integration.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA, GitHub, and Terraform.
  • Validate and support deployment plans in collaboration with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems.
  • In-depth experience with Oracle Database Systems, Java, C#/.NET, and Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture and deployment models (Oracle Cloud OCI, Azure DevOps, Terraform CLI/Cloud).
  • .Experience working in the energy & utilities sector, particularly in customer care, billing, and analytics systems.
  • Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, and negotiate across various IT and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and OSB for seamless integrations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Dell Boomi for enterprise integrations.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications related to CC&B, database management, or cloud infrastructure.
  • TOGAF or Open Group certification for enterprise architecture best practices.
